Plus Size Yoga – Summer Series

Join me for a gentle and empowering 6-week Plus Size Yoga series this summer—created especially for fuller-bodied women and men who want to move with kindness, feel stronger in themselves, and connect with others in a supportive space.

📅 August 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, Sept 1st & 8th


In this series, you’ll be guided through very gentle, adaptive yoga designed for all shapes, sizes, and experience levels — no need to get down on the floor!


Each session ends with a deeply relaxing guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) to help you release stress and unwind for the week ahead.

  • 6 weekly live Zoom sessions (1 hour each)

  • Adaptive, plus-size-friendly yoga for all levels

  • Guided relaxation and breathwork each week
