No previous yoga experience is needed.
Each two-hour session is fully personalised and may include:
Time to arrive, settle, and talk through how you’re feeling
Gentle, adaptive yoga movements, tailored to your specific needs
chair-based, mat-based, or supported options
A thorough, unrushed warm-up
Breath awareness and calming breathing practices
Guided relaxation and deep rest
Meditation or Yoga Nidra
Time at the end to gently re-orient and reflect
This extended format allows space for true settling and nervous system regulation, without rushing or clock-watching.
As part of your session, you’ll also receive access to a short guided relaxation that you can return to at home, helping you continue the benefits of the work we do together.

For online sessions, please have:
A yoga mat or a comfortable surface
A drink of water
A blanket and/or cushion for comfort
A quiet space where you can relax without interruption
For in-person sessions, yoga mats, props and bottled water are provided.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else you feel helps you feel at ease.
