These sessions are designed with sensitivity, warmth, and a deep understanding of individual capabilities, using simple movement, breath, rhythm, sound, and guided relaxation to support regulation, mobility, and joy, offering benefits far beyond physical exercise.
With over 25 years’ experience and specialist training from the 'Special Yoga' Organisation, I aim to bring a calm, nurturing presence to each session.
