This summer, treat your child to a playful, peaceful break from the busyness of life with A Little Yoginis Holiday Club — a special yoga-inspired session filled with fun, creativity, and calm.
Designed especially for children with additional needs or those who benefit from gentler, structured activities, this session blends movement, mindfulness, and imagination into one delightful experience.
Each session is led live by Wendy Sugg, a specialist yoga intervention therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting children through adaptive yoga and wellbeing practices.
Every Holiday Club session includes:
🧘♀️ Yoga-Themed Story Adventures
Captivating stories brought to life through simple yoga movements — perfect for developing imagination and motor skills.
🎲 Interactive Games & Partner Poses
Fun, friendly yoga games and co-operative poses that build confidence, communication, and coordination.
🌬️ Breathing & Relaxation Tools
Gentle breathwork activities using soft toys or movement — to help children self-regulate and find calm.
🎤 Dancing & Singing
Yoga songs and movements to release energy and express joy.
🧠 Mindfulness & Affirmations
Simple practices that help children feel safe, strong, and valued, including repeating powerful “I am” statements.

Hi, I’m Wendy Sugg — a specialist yoga intervention therapist with over 25 years of experience helping children and young people feel calm, confident, and connected through adaptive yoga and mindfulness.
I’ve spent many years working in special schools and with families, supporting children with autism, sensory needs, developmental delays, and learning differences. My sessions are inclusive, trauma-aware, and full of warmth, creativity, and fun.
Through Little Yoginis, I bring together everything I love — gentle movement, storytelling, breathwork, imagination, and connection — to help children feel good in their bodies and minds.
Whether your child is new to yoga or already a little yogi, they are so welcome to join in — just as they are.
The club is designed for children of all ages, including those with special educational needs, sensory differences, or learning disabilities. The sessions are calm, structured, and supportive — with movement, creativity, and mindfulness all built in.
Yes! You can book a single session for £10 to see if it suits your child. You’re also welcome to join in later weeks if you can’t make the whole series.
Yes! If you sign up by Sunday the 3rd of August, you can book the full 5-week summer pass for £40 (save 20%). This gives your child the full experience and helps build a gentle summer routine.
That’s absolutely fine — the price is per household, not per child. Whether it’s one child or three siblings sharing the screen, your session fee stays the same.
Each session includes a fun Mini-Quest — a simple item to bring or prepare in advance, like a leaf, a soft toy, or a picture to colour. You’ll receive an email before each session with your Quest instructions and any optional printouts.
No experience needed at all — the sessions are beginner-friendly, and all movements can be adapted. Children can participate seated, standing, or however feels best for them.
No problem! Children are free to join in as much or as little as feels right. Some might prefer to just listen or observe — all participation is welcome.
Yes! You’ll receive a colouring sheet or simple activity PDF after each session, along with a reminder of next week’s theme and Mini-Quest.
All sessions are held live on Zoom, and links will be sent after you book.
