1:1 Yoga & Wellbeing Sessions - Fridays only

Two-hour personalised sessions | In person (Glastonbury area) or online

I offer a small number of one-to-one yoga and wellbeing sessions on Fridays only.

Due to my ongoing work in specialist school settings supporting children and young people with additional needs, Fridays are the only days I can offer private sessions.

I am now opening this day for a limited number of clients who are looking for a calm, unhurried, and deeply supportive approach to yoga and wellbeing.

Who these sessions are for

These sessions are suitable for adults who may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm

  • Fatigue, burnout, or low energy

  • Chronic pain or long-term health conditions

  • Limited mobility or physical restrictions

  • Larger or fuller bodies

  • A desire for a slower, more compassionate approach to yoga

No previous yoga experience is needed.

What a session includes

Each two-hour session is fully personalised and may include:

  • Time to arrive, settle, and talk through how you’re feeling

  • Gentle, adaptive yoga movements, tailored to your specific needs

    • chair-based, mat-based, or supported options

  • A thorough, unrushed warm-up

  • Breath awareness and calming breathing practices

  • Guided relaxation and deep rest

  • Meditation or Yoga Nidra

  • Time at the end to gently re-orient and reflect

This extended format allows space for true settling and nervous system regulation, without rushing or clock-watching.

Included with your session

As part of your session, you’ll also receive access to a short guided relaxation that you can return to at home, helping you continue the benefits of the work we do together.
