As we move into 2026, I wanted to take a moment to share a little update about how my work is evolving and what you can expect going forward.

Over the past few years, my work in specialist school settings has continued to grow, and supporting children and young people with additional needs through yoga and wellbeing remains a very important part of what I do. Because of this ongoing commitment, my available time for private clients has naturally become more limited.

A new, simpler schedule

From 2026 onwards, I am now offering private one-to-one yoga and wellbeing sessions on Fridays only.

These sessions can be:

  • In person, for those who are local to me in the Glastonbury area (I live just outside Glastonbury), or

  • Online, via Zoom, for those who prefer to join from home or live further afield.

Sessions are booked in the same way online, and once booked, we simply confirm together whether you would like your session to be in person or online as part of the usual pre-session paperwork.

For now, I’ve opened availability up until the end of April, so I can ease into this new rhythm and ensure the balance feels right.

A more spacious, supportive way of working

These Friday sessions are intentionally unhurried and deeply supportive. They allow time not just for movement, but for breathwork, relaxation, meditation, and gentle conversation — all of which are an important part of nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.

This slower, more spacious way of working reflects where I am now, both personally and professionally.

A growing focus on meditation

Alongside one-to-one sessions, 2026 will also be a year where I’m placing more focus on guided meditations.

Meditation has been a central part of my own daily practice for many years, and it’s something I return to again and again to help steady my mind, support my health, and set the tone for the day ahead. Starting the day with a short mindset or grounding meditation makes a real difference for me, and it’s something I recommend often.

Time and time again — whether in school sessions, staff wellbeing sessions, or private work — people tell me how much they value the meditations and guided relaxations I share. Because of this, I’ll be creating and releasing more meditations over the coming year, so that people can access supportive practices at home and return to them whenever they need.

Meditation is a non-movement-based yoga practice, making it accessible to many people, including those who may be tired, unwell, or simply in need of rest.

Moving forward gently

This new chapter isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what feels sustainable, meaningful, and supportive. By simplifying my schedule and focusing on depth rather than volume, I can continue offering work that is calm, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful.

Thank you, as always, for your support, and for being part of this journey.
