"Wendy has been an amazing Yoga instructor, for our service supporting adults with learning disabilities. Whether in person or over Zoom, she is always coming up with creative and flexible options to allow all of the individuals we support to get involved. Regardless of ability this is a service that has been loved by everyone at the Hive, and always leaves us feeling relaxed and refreshed."

"Wendy is an exceptional yoga teacher; she is passionate and knowledgeable and intuitive, so perfect for a beginner as she simplifies everything and makes everything achievable and instinctively knows how to break down her classes to suit you. I cannot recommend Wendy highly enough, she has given me lifelong learning and left a lasting impression which I am truly grateful for "

"Not only has the yoga improved my daughter’s physical needs it has also helped with sleep and digestion, especially her constipation issues. Finally it has given my daughter a hobby, something she does every week that is her time. It's a wonderful thing for anyone to practice yoga but for those always in a wheelchair I think it is even more important and rewarding. I can't recommend it enough. "

Do I need any previous experience to join your classes
Not at all! The sessions are designed to be accessible and welcoming to all levels, including complete beginners. Whether you're new to yoga or returning after a break, you'll be supported every step of the way.
What if I have limited mobility or a specific condition?
That’s exactly who this yoga is for. All practices are adapted to suit individual needs—whether that’s physical, cognitive, emotional, or sensory. For adults with complex needs or conditions like epilepsy or who are non-verbal, a competent adult will need to be present during sessions.
Can I book private 1-to-1 sessions instead of joining a group class?
Yes! 1-to-1 therapeutic yoga is available for anyone who prefers individual attention—perfect for those seeking personal guidance, privacy, or specific support (such as plus-size yoga, anxiety relief, or postural help).
Is your yoga online or in-person?
Currently, all of my classes and coaching are delivered online via Zoom. This allows you or your loved one to join from the comfort of your own home, with no travel required. Just log in, breathe, and begin.
